Mr. Skoufatos was born in Youngstown, Ohio on June 13, 1955. He is a graduate of Campbell Memorial High School. He graduated cum laude from Youngstown State University in 1984 and received his law degree (J.D.) from Ohio Northern University in 1987. He was admitted to the Ohio and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio in 1988. He is a member of the Mahoning County, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers Association. He is listed in the publication 'Best Lawyers in America' (Edition: 2001). Mr. Skoufatos practices in the area of workers' compensation and social security disability.
